Sarah is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, developing expertise in a client-centred, strengths-based approach. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into her practice, helping clients explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Her primary areas of interest include supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationships. Sarah also brings specialized knowledge as a certified yoga teacher with trauma-informed training for youth, enhancing her ability to provide holistic support to clients.

With a passion for empowering individuals to build resilience, Sarah works with clients aged 12 and older, creating a compassionate, supportive environment that encourages personal growth and healing.
